I had a fantastic experience here for one night, as the apartment is peaceful and excellent and it's close to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, the sea.

It was perfect in general: spotless room, excellent location close enough to eastbourne, also town centre and beach and train. They offered us variety of options for breakfast, it was lovely and exceptionally nice...

Had a very lovely stay for one night. It had an absolutely perfect and incredibly comfortable setting short walk to shops and restaurants, and the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. Also, it was based on the seafront.

sandford house in seaford was even better than expected. the rooms were spacious, clean, and well laid out. we loved the breakfast provided, and the location was perfect, just minutes from the beach and a great play park. communication with lynne, the host, was excellent.

Heating was poor.

The location of the apartment was lovely and incredible, just a short walk away from Seaford Beach. We were within a short walk to the sea, town center, and shops. The proximity to Brighton was also a great perk.

The perfect accommodation. The house is located near the beach and is beautifully decorated. Lynne, the hostess, made us feel comfortable and even stocked the cupboards and fridge with breakfast items. The design of the house is perfect for longer stays and is ideal for families, friends, or solo travelers. Definitely a great choice in an excellent location.

We were particularly grateful for the locks that had been added since our last visit, which provided peace of mind with our free-spirited child. we couldn't have asked for a better experience and we highly recommend Sandford House for a memorable stay.

The main sleeping area was quite cramped, and the bathroom was small and occasionally had a faulty door lock. some basic equipment was missing, such as dishcloths and scouring pads, which would have been essential for cooking.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a fridge stocked with goodies, which was a nice touch. The host was lovely and we even received a warm welcome from their friendly dog, Meg. We will definitely book here again when we visit Seaford!

The keys were left for us with a friendly message and the host even took the time to greet us upon arrival, making communication a breeze.

The heating in the apartment was lacking and we had to request additional heating during our stay. There were also some basic items missing from the amenities.
